1. 10-Day No Questions Asked Returns & Exchanges
Bold Brand offers a 10-day window from the date of delivery during which you may return or exchange any phone case—no reason required and no restocking fees apply. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including all accessories and tags).
- Returns or exchanges requested after 10 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted for change of mind.
- Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.
- Shipping expenses for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- The returned product must not be used and should be sent back in its original packaging.
- Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Step 1: Email info@boldbrand.au within 10 days of delivery with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
- Step 2: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorisation and instructions.
- Step 3: Ship the item back using your preferred courier (see Section 4).
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable service; Bold Brand is not liable for lost return parcels.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds (less original outbound shipping, if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method; processing times may vary by bank.
6. Exchange Timeline
- Exchanges are processed as new orders.
- Once your return is received and approved, your replacement case will ship within 1–2 business days and follow our standard shipping policy.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Bold Brand will cover both return shipping and expedited replacement. Please email info@boldbrand.au with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right—no fees charged.
If the item you receive is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
9. Shipping Times & Delays
- Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within Australia and 7–15 business days for international orders.
- Please note: While we aim to deliver your order promptly, Bold Brand is not responsible for courier-related delays once the item has been dispatched.
